Rationale: Action Canada is a national fellowship program focussing on developing leadership skills in Canadians across different locations and sectors. At the end of the program, groups produce a policy project; the goal being to influence government decisions. nimble was hired to design one of these projects such that the group would feel confident presenting their findings to the relevant policy makers.
