Rationale: After struggling with how to eat well as a celiac herself, Leslie decided to share her years of research with others by writing a hassle-free gluten-free cookbook. Leslie provided the tasty recipes and photos while nimble took charge of the design and layout. The book has been a huge success and has already had several print runs.
